Gate maintenance

Modification time:2020-11-24 10:02:27 Hits£º

In order to prevent the corrosion of the hoist gate, corrosion-resistant materials such as nickel, chromium, zinc, etc. are often used to coat the metal hoist gate surface, or the metal hoist gate surface is coated with oil, and the non-metallic hoist gate surface is coated with anti-corrosion paint to prevent the hoist gate from directly contacting with harmful media. The potential difference on the surface of the gate can also be reduced by improving the surface finish of the gate.
The manifestation of fatigue damage of hoist gate: fracture and surface spalling treatment method: in the manufacturing process, the surface smoothness of the hoist gate is improved, and the relatively gentle section filtration is adopted to reduce the stress concentration of the hoist gate. In addition, the hardness, toughness and wear resistance of the hoist gate can be improved by carburizing and quenching.
In order to reduce the amount of abrasive wear, wear-resistant materials should be used as far as possible on the working parts of agricultural machinery. When designing the shape of working parts of agricultural machinery, the friction resistance should be reduced as much as possible. For example, using high manganese content and rare earth alloy to make soil processing parts, coating wear-resistant materials such as polyvinylidene fluoride, and using roller plow to change sliding friction with soil into rolling friction, etc., can reduce abrasive wear.
